Worked great! from North Brunswick, NJ on 06/26/2015 – Verified Buyer
I was very pleased with the thin sandwich rolls that I made with coconut flour in this pan. I greased the pan first and they came out easily. Pros: worked great Cons: none

Great for Tons of Stuff from Houston, TX on 07/08/2012 – Verified Buyer
This pan is great for tons of little items like cookies, tarts, cakes, or whatever. Be careful not to fill the little spaces too high because they are small, but still do a good job of creating little separate baked goods.

Non-stick and non-warpy from San Diego, CA on 12/26/2010 – Verified Buyer
These pans make perfect muffin tops, but they also make nice scones and biscuits. Sometimes I end up with a batter that's slightly too wet to hold up itself, but if I use these pans, there's just enough of a lip to hold the batter and then it rises very nicely. The pans release food easily and are a cinch to clean up. I'd recommend hand washing them, not putting them in a dishwasher.

Finally! from Spokane, WA on 02/20/2011
The pans were not quite flat, but "good enough" at any rate. I spent months looking for these! I actually started looking in September and finally found them here in January! A dream come true for a low carb eater like myself! I am planning on making blueberry muffins in them next!
