Max Ingrand was born in the year 1908. He died in 1969. Gruber's student, is one the most relevant personalities of the French stained glass windows in the second haft of twentieth century. Along with the being inspired by the Middle Ages, Max Ingrands technipue and his design skills allowed him to produce important artworks all over the French territory. From 1948 to 1952 he produced 43 stain glass windows for the "N Dame du Pruot, at Le Mans catheral. In 1954 he designed some of the glass windows of the Chenonceau Castles. Max Ingrand is also famous for his stain glass decorations made for the "Normandie" transatlantic liner. In 1954 he became FontanaArtes Art Director and has designed a number of Lamp such as the table lamp Fontana, which is sitll being produced today.
