Emile Henry 3.7 Qt. Tagine and GWP Cookbook
A brilliant Tagine

After an amazing trip to Morocco this year, we decided we wanted to make tagines fairly regularly. We bought a tagine from one of the well respected stores, and even used a blank-off plate to protect it from direct heat, but it cracked within a month. That's when we decided to buy the best tagine we could find. The Emile Henry has not disappointed! Time will tell how durable it is, but it's lovely, functional, and has a large capacity. So far, so good!

Great Tangine! We're even cooking our breakfast bacon and eggs in it. I really like the Figue color. It is a deep enough purple that it is almost a neutral color, believe it or not. Also, I would definitely recommend this 3.7 quart size. It is fine for two, but also, it could be used for a much larger crowd.
