DenHaus is a family owned and operated business located in Seattle, Washington. The TownHaus was initially developed when owners Sarah & Chris adopted a spirited Redbone Coonhound and decided to crate train her. After spending years remodeling their home, they decided to build a crate that fit with their new home decor.

The design evolved as they discovered a need to have a unique door design to fit into their small house and to have the ability to both crate their dog and have the door open for easy access. After many friends with dogs began asking where they could find their new creation, they began producing and selling the TownHaus in 2005.
