Doesn't push food through very well
Peter from Oakland, CA– Verified Buyer
Very disappointed to find this mill doesn't do the job. The crank turns an angled metal spatula inside that is intended to trap food and press it thru the disk below. I was unsuccessful with small chunks of soft potato. Perhap the angle needs to be more severe. Still using my old hand press ricer instead.

Like that it is stainless steel. It's easy to use and it has 3 disks that is handy. Use it to make tomato sauce and applesauce
Good but not perfect.
Emma Carlson from Grand Portage, MN– Verified Buyer
The food mill is well made out of stainless steal and comes with three food processing disks. Mine came without instructions so I had to refer to the picture on the box to put it together, and when I went to use it, I had a difficult time turning the crank. It stuck to the bottom disk as it turned, so I had to bend the top disk just a little so it didn't drag as much. After that, it worked great,

The Cuisinox food mill is easy to assemble and disassemble. Clean up is a breeze. I use it mostly to remove the skins of tomatoes and potatoes. I think it is the perfect size for a family of 2-4.
