Chappie The stainless steel bottom is great, no more worry about copper bottom stainless steel pans being stained. And I like the way the clad bottom comes up around the sides. |

Excellent We got this set at a great discount, and I was so excited about it. It's my first set of quality cookware. Heats evenly, doesn't scorch, and very heavy. |

Great set of cookware I love my new Cuisinart set of pots and pans! It's very well made, and cooks perfectly. Make sure to get Barkeeper's friend to clean it. |

Nice set, oxidiation problem After reading some reviews, it seems like something has changed in the quality of this set after 2009/2010. Either they changed factories or something, but the awesome reviews that you read about aren't for these particular pans. Firstly, although claiming to be 18/10 on the website, it is not marked 18/10 on the pans, or the box. Sure, it is stainless steel, but the oxidation I am seeing on the bottom of the pans (blue-ish/white-ish stains) would suggests that it is not 18/10. These stains are not a deal breaker though, and the pieces are still visually nice. The heat distribution is excellent, the handles are firm and the weight is excellent. I wouldn't recommend them, but I am not unhappy with them. |

Cuisinart Multiclad Pro is excellent! This is well worth the money. Heat's well and cleans just as nice as it cooks. |

Great pans for the price These pans utilize the same technology as All-Clad at less than half the cost. They are well constructed and heat evenly. I would recommend these to both the casual cook and for gourmet chef as well. |

MUST HAVE IN YOUR KITCHEN! This should be a staple set of cookware in all kitchens. Whether you are a seasoned professional or novice looking to improve your cooking skills. I love everything about it, from the way it looks and performs to the ease of care. Just remember low heat for cooking and clean by soaking in hot soapy water. This set is a winner! |

Good purchase Had some concerns about cleaning that turned out to be unfounded. We have had some white "spotting" from our fabulous Tx water but I can live with it. They cook well and the steamer has been getting a workout. We are happy with the purchase |

Works great My wife and I love this set. Food cooks nicely and the heat distribution is great. We did change our cooking habits, and now cook at medium temperature. By doing so, it prevents food from burning and sticking to the pans/pots. This set is very easy to clean too. |
