This is my second one. Don't know what happened to my first one, it disappeared somehow. Use it all the time for small jobs. It's the best little invention. A must have in the kitchen.

This mini processor does everything as good as the bigger processor does. I am very pleased with its performance and the quality of the work it does.

I love the practical nature of this Cuisinart Mini-Prep Food Processor in Stainless Steel - it can handle everyday common chopping tasks and that means not having to take out a larger unit unless you really want to. The size is compact - it takes very little room on the counter so I can keep it handy. It looks nice, is easy to use and the price is reasonable.

There is a chill in the air here in Texas. Finally the weather is feeling like winter. Even though we haven't had really cold weather. You know Texas, one day it can be warm and the next day cold. Lately I have been in the mood for a good soup. I was browsing through my new cookbook from The Dove's Nest and found a recipe for Texas Chowder so I decided to give it a try and oh was I glad I did. This yummy chowder is one of the most popular soups served at The Dove's Nest restaurant. Hearty enough to be served as a one course meal. I decided to try out my new Cuisnart Mini- Prep Processor with this recipe. The recipe called for chopped bell peppers and onions. I decided to puree the bell pepper instead and this worked out well .I assembled the processor which was pretty simple. To be honest I have really never used a processor. I usually chop my vegetables by hand the old fashioned way. I learned quickly that you have to cut the food into very small pieces before loading into the prep bowl which was a little frustrating at first because I had partial processed bell peppers and I had to start over. Next I loaded the prep bowl with small pieces of onion. I was pleased this time with the results. The onion chopped beautifully. I would recommend this product to my readers. Just remember this is a mini processor and not meant for processing a large amount at one time.If you are preparing a small recipe this comes in handy.

I hate chopping vegetables.I hate it sooo much that it is usually a task that the Hardworking Hubby is enlisted to do.I don't think he appreciates the job either.Apparently I've complained about how much I hate chopping veggies because the last few holiday seasons, I've received food choppers as Christmas gifts.you know, the kind you put the food under and then you smack it multiple times until everything is all chopped up and then you get to take it apart and clean everything.Yeah, those food choppers. And I've broken them both within the first week of owning them. That's when Wayfair stepped in and gave me the chance to try out a better item to get the veggies chopped.Ahhhh…..enter the Cuisinart Mini-Prep Food Processor.Do you hear the choir of angels singing? This thing spews awesomeness!I've used it to chop red onions, scallions, carrots, tomatoes, and the list goes on and on and on.I'm pretty sure my cutting board and knives are aware of the affair I'm having with my new food processor due to my lack of desire to use them.Oh, and the kids don't have a clue I've been sneaking veggies into the meatloaf either! That's a big W in the Win column for mom!Should I even go on to mention all of the other great things about this food processor?Okay, I will! It's super easy to clean! It's small so it fits right in my cupboard leaving room for other gadgets. It didn't cost me an arm and a leg.[...]Thank you Wayfair for making my life in the kitchen so much easier and thank you for relieving my Hardworking Hubby from is food chopping duties!

This is ideal for making dips or small batches of salad dressing. The biggest drawback is that the food processor is difficult to disassemble for cleaning.
