excellent

I'm really enjoying this saute pan. Non stick surface is so easy to clean.I'll be watching for more Cuisinart cookware in the future.

Great pan

great pan, not too heavy but with a nice flat bottom and curved sides. I like the handle which helps with heavy foods.

Great pan for electric ranges

This is a great pan for electric ranges, as it does a much better job of conducting heat than any other we own. We've actually had to cut back on the temperature and pre-heat times because it works so well, so maybe it should also have an energy star rating. :-) I haven't owned it long enough to comment on it's durability, but it appears to be a very well-made, durable item that should last for years. Good job, Cuisinart!

One Terrific Piece of Cookware

I was not familiar with this brand of cookware, but I was looking for a good sized skillet that was durable, easy to clean, and would heat quickly and evenly. The nonstick surface is durable and does what it promises. This product does it all. I am very pleased with the product and am considering other sizes that I may need.
