Circulon Infinite 8.5" Non-Stick Skillet
Dorothy from Wilmington, DE– Verified Buyer
The bottom of this pan is the secret. Not only is it heavy and heat conducting, it is a handsome accent. The circulon interior is the best. NOTHING sticks...ok, I had a little trouble when my son tossed a wad of chewing gum into a hot frying pan (totally by mistake..he laughed so hard that it kind of shot out of his mouth!)...but unless you're serving gum for dinner, nothing will stick. And...if the pan is greasy, just toss it in the dishwasher. Life is good!!!
Infinite 8.5" Non-stick Skillet

This is my favorite small skillet. It cleans up like a dream. I use it almost everyday to fry an egg for breakfast. It has a very good weight to the bottom and heats up very evenly.

Just the right size for cooking small portions or making an omelet. It disperses heat well and cleans up quickly.
Great little pan

We have used this primarily for eggs and heating up patties or dumplings. It works well and has held up. The non-stick is in good shape but does have a couple scratches after about 5 months of use. Like with all pans that say you can use metal utenils, you probably should still avoid it. The pan also has a tendency to collect a sticky residue from oil, but this seems to just halpen with most pans.

You can fry in them and pop them in the oven. Nothing sticks. Cleans with a sponge. Best I've found in 44 years.
