A commonly requested size in recipes for yeast breads, quick breads, and pound cakes, Circulon's 9" x 5" Loaf Pan is also standard to many meat loaf recipes. Made of even heating carbon steel, the pan is designed for even browning. The TOTAL nonstick system allows food to cook and release on the entire surface of the pan, but raised circles (the “Hi” area) allow a fraction of the cooking surface to take the abuse of utensils, protecting the majority of the cooking surface (the “Low” area) from abrasion.

Circulon Bakeware Loaf Pan

This is a great non stick loaf pan.I love this pan and I use it for baking bread.It is very thick metal.Very nice loaf pan.

Fantastic Loaf Pan!

As stated in my previous review of Circulon, it doesn't get any better than this. This pan is excellent!
