Good looking but assembly is a hit-or-miss

These are good looking chairs - they look in real life just the way they look in the pictures. However, assembly - while not difficult - was a pain. This is due to the alignment of the holes in the chairs. I bought 4 of these, and 2 of them were very easily put together. But the other two were tough due to the screw hole misalignment.
By the way, a couple of other reviewers mentioned that you need a drill for the seat cushion - that is not fully accurate. It is true that there is no screw-hole at the bottom of the seat cushion, but you can simply tighten the screws with a screw driver, and the screws will get in the wood material.
One piece of advice I can give you when putting this together: please do not tighten the screws until the very end. Basically, put the screws in and create a loose structure first. Then tighten the screws. Otherwise, the legs may not be level.
