I really like the look of this. It looks better than most cat posts. However, my cats have yet to scratch on it. I moved it this week to a new area so maybe they will. They scratch on my other posts so I don't know why they don't like this one. I like it!
Great distraction to keep kitty's nails away from furniture!

Our cat loves his toy. We spray cat nip and kitty cat runs to it and scratches on toy for a long time. He has a BLAST. This keeps him distracted and away from our brand-new furniture. Great alternative to keep cat nails away from our furniture.

Cat has warmed up to this item and is not clawing the couch as much. Heres to not needing a new sofa any time soon!

Looks great. Cats haven't take to it yet. Best looking cat scratcher for my living room I've ever had.

This scratching post attracted me because it is different from all other ones. My cats are not using it much though. I think it is too short (pic looked bigger) but maybe after a longer period of time they will use it. I have cardboard scratchers and several tall cat trees and so far all 8 of my cats prefer those to this one.

The "rope" is thin and weak. My cats destroyed it within a few days.

cats don't love it better than my couch though. Not real stable. It is pretty good nonetheless
Not as Interesting to my cats
Karen from Morrison, CO – Verified Buyer
Cats are not as interested in this post as the others I have bought. Pros: cost. Cons: smaller, not as well liked by my cats.
looks nice but not sure how sturdy it'll be

This cat scratcher looks a lot better than most. But it was difficult for me to be put together (the top wouldn't easily and securely screw into the base) and the base is very light, so I'm not sure how sturdy it'll be once my cats starts scratching it. My cats haven't touched it yet but I'm hoping catnip will do the trick.

Nice looking post for the cats to claw, but they won't use it. I think they like the thicker jute better. Will give to another cat owner.
