Wonderful protection for my Yorkie! I use the gate to block off areas in which I do not want him. It works perfectly and looks great too. |

way to expensive for the quality it is like balsa wood, the type that you make model airplanes out of. There is no substance to it. I rec'd w/1 side scratched or warped and the screws that supposedly keep the steps on are a joke. Would be nice if it was decent quality - but no way. I use this as a gate between 2 rooms, |

Works perfectly.... I have a 15 week old miniature wirehaired dachshund and this is perfect for keeping him in the kitchen while I am away or am busy and can't keep an eye on him. I also have 3 cats so wanted something they could easily jump over to get to their food and water. Even my 19 year old cat can easily get over it. It took me a few days to get used to stepping over but now it has become second nature. The gate is lightweight and easy to move to another area of the house if needed. |

Step Over Gate (for small breed dogs) I currently own two boy Pomeranians that I prefer to keep confined to one end of the house when I'm unable to watch them due to the fact that one is a 4 month old puppy. I bought this gate because my other one was taller, bulkier and easily knocked over by the cats jumping over it. We replaced banged up woodwork two weeks ago and I wanted a gate that had feet and loved the fact this one was shorter. That IS the greatest part about the product; it's ALOT easier to step over than my old one. However, it's somewhat confusing/difficult to put together, is fairly lightweight and the feet are not secured to the gate itself. I move the gate when the Poms are not out and about and the feet fall off every time. It's very obnoxious and I'll probably end up gluing them on. Overall it's not enough product to merit the price tag and I probably would not have bought it knowing what I know now. |
