>With revolutionary Slide Nonstick surface that releases foods effortlessly, this covered soup pot is a kitchen essential. The high sides and narrow opening work together to help control evaporation of sauces, while the heavy-gauge bottom provides even heating and prevents sauces from scorching. The bottom interior is sloped for easy stirring, too.

Nice, but needs one more thing Loved these pots and pans. However, on this particular pan, the handles get very hot. I thought they were designed to stay cool. Still love it and would have purchased it even if "hot handles" were disclosed. Just would have liked to know ahead of time. |

GREAT PRODUCT! I purchase this pot and I love my new Pot. The material used on, makes water or liquid boil faster than any other regular pot out there. It is a supper none stick. Not force needed to clean. Strong and Durable. I do recommend the company products! |

Good things come in small sizes Just the right size for soups and sauces. I love the shape and the fact that the pot is easy to lift when full of hot liquids, not overly heavy. Has become my "go to" pot for reheating. The quality of the pot is what I have come to expect from Calphalon. As an added bonus, it's very easy to clean, heats evenly, no burned food at the bottom. |
