The quality cannot be beat This pan is absolutely amazing. I found it in the clearance center so I got a pretty good deal on it but after the first few times using it I would have paid full price for this item no doubt!!! |

Calphalon Tri-Ply Stainless Steel 5 Qt This is amazing for cooking for a large group or family. It heats very evenly & is certainly Calphalon quality. I love that it has an extra handle for easier lifting to the table. An added bonus is its oven safe to 450 degrees. Even better, I bought it on sale. Its my favorite pan by far. |

Great product Works fine, as expected. Find the handle a little small to control the pan when moving around. A little heftier width would have been nice. |

Quality Heavy so that it heats quickly & evenly, but not unwieldy to lift. However, the grab handle opposite the long handle often gets too hot to touch on my gas stove. I use it to saute veges & meat. Distributes heat pretty evenly. Be sure to oil and preheat a couple minutes or the food will really stick. But that little inconvenience is remedied by a good spatula. I prefer that little problem rather than eating micro particles of a nonstick skillet. And it's not as heavy as a cast iron skillet. |

Quality Product I like this pan. It heats evenly and quickly and it is easy to clean. It is well built and looks great. I also have an older Calphalon anodized aluminum saute pan. The lid on the older pan gets very hot and requires a hot pad to remove the lid. Not this new stainless pan. The lid remains cool enough to remove the lid bare handed. |
