Love it!

The perfect replacement for the anodized pan I have been using for years. Will not buy anything that is not tri-ply stainless again.

"Man with a Pan"

Gift for my son who was inspired by me in the love of cooking. He wanted a braising pan that would go from stovetop to oven and clear lid so he could monitor but not interrupt the cooking. He loves the pan. Thanks!
