We had a 3 egg poacher that was super old and hard to clean. My husband makes eggs benedict once in a while and now he can do all 4 eggs at once. Clean up is a breeze with this one - and you can see the eggs cooking through the glass top. We just need to find a little tool to help lift the "egg cups" out when they are done. It worked great and am glad we got this one.

Love poached Eggs. Any cheap pan will do the job. But I love this pan and can be use as a sauce pan. Use butter or oil (never pam! destroys the pan.) Cold water in the pan, eggs in the poachers, cook at a medium heat with the top off. Watch your eggs till the white are cook as you desire. Once you are happy with this you see put the top on for 1 minute (60 seconds) and your eggs are perfect and ready to eat. I own several calphalon pans and I found them to be exceptional cookware. Im 66, love cooking and I have gotten to be a picky old bugger about my cookware. So if I own it and like it, it must be some good stuff. Owned about everything, stainless steel to cheap-o tin. Good pan!
