I ordered this product to fit our 2005 Lexus RX330. Unfortunately, the straps which attach the hammock to the rear seat head restraints are sewn too far out, causing the fabric to pucker in the middle, preventing it from lying flat against the backrests. The straps themselves could be better designed for tighter cinching. Additionally, I would recommend that the manufacturer attach an additional flap that could be fitted over the top of the back seat head restraints and back rests (after the straps have been secured) to protect those surfaces from saliva. Two additional side panels might also be attached for optional use to enable the owner to adjust the height at which the rear doors are protected. I would suggest those optional panels cover the door up to the window level. Otherwise, the hammock seems durable and does protect (within the limits described above) the back seat.

Pros - Great quality and it keeps my seats clean. Cons - Not enough adjustment on the straps that hook to the headrests. The snaps for the corners should be placed higher to form more of a "box". The ends fall down, then my dogs can get on the floor and get to the front seat over the console.

I really like the size and thickness of the hammock. I especially like the fold up sides to protect the armrests.We have a large crew cab truck with leather seats so it was very important to have a large, sturdy cover for our 125 pound dog.This hammock is the only one that we have found that will actually cover the entire seat, from side to side. The only drawback is the placement of the straps for the front headrests.They do not line up with the headrests. We had to let out the straps as far as they would go in order to get them around the headrests. The straps are positioned so far in from the corners, that the corners flop down and do not protect the back of the front seats. Fortunately our dog does not scratch and paw at the seats. I am going to attach a strap to tie up the corners to the other straps as a precaution.

We took delivery of a new Lexus RX with perforated leather seats the day before we went on a one week trip to New England with our dog. Because of unintentional dog damage to the seats of our old car we considered having the car specially ordered with cloth seats. Our dog loves the comfort, its easy to install and best of all, it protects the seats. There's even side flaps which partially protect the door trim. If you have a large dog and are going to leave him alone in the car at times, I'd suggest adding a cargo area barrier and then putting the dog in the cargo area when unattended. We used both and the system worked wonderfully.

We use this in a 2010 Ford F250 Crewcab truck. We travel quite a bit and this beats all the blankets that I always had to keep in the truck for them. Easy to take in and out. I did have to find longer straps for the front headrests because what is on the hammock was not long enough to go around the headrest. I can't say anything bad about it so far. It looks very nice in the truck.

I use this product in the back seat of my Audi A6 for my Husky. He enjoys the comfort and ride better. It keeps the hair from penatrating into the seats and also keeps my leather free from scratches and tears due to his claws. Easy to install and remove if people join you for lunch and it rolls up fast into its own cary case. Product could be designed with some extra somethings to help maintain seat protection, but does a good job in most vehicles.
