Bodum Bistro Electric Burr Grinder
Grinder that does the job
Phil from Oak Hill, VA– Verified Buyer
This is the first burr grinder that I've owned, so my analysis may be somewhat uninformed, but I was quite pleased with the Bistro. Easy to assemble, easy to use and with a modern look. The matte rubber look isn't my favorite, as it stands apart from the sea of stainless appliances in my kitchen, but the results were what I had hoped for... a rather consistent grind.
Solid and Less noisy

It's a good and solid grinder. I wanted the glass jar to avoid the static clingy mess that you get with plastic containers. Problem with this unit is that that lid to the glass jar is plastic so you still the the mess from static cling.
Great Grinder for the Price

I am really happy with this Grinder. I read many other reviews online and many have said this is a great bang for you buck and I cannot disagree. The grinder has a small footprint, and is not very tall, so it can fit under many counters. The grind is consistent and I use it primary for moka espresso.

Smooth, not too loud, consistent grind, clean. We use a 4 cup maker so the 20 sec time is perfect. 20 sec with a 5 minute wait to cool would be a negative if you use a large pot.

I am one of those strange coffee drinkers who really can tell the difference in ground coffee. Loving this burr grinder.
Nice even grind

I have been very happy with this grinder and the even consistency of the beans when ground. It's a little louder than I thought it would be but easy to use. I also like the preset ground size and no more measuring !

Compact foot print, consistent grinds, easy to use. 20 sec is perfect for 8 cup French Press. 15 sec grind is perfect for making 6 cups in Bona Vita drip machine.

Grinder is very quiet. Cleaning could be made easier if a brush was included. The motor cool down time could be a problem for a family of coffee drinkers, but grind amount worked for my morning coffee.

Works well but I am not sure the glass container does any better than others.

Fabulous burr grinder for the price! I purchased one as a gift, and finally bought one for myself.
