This is a great grinder. It seems very well built and I think it will last a very long time. It is quite solid. It is easy to use and does a good job.

I don't know why this got such good reviews. The coffee came out great, but the blade is hard to put in a locked position and coffee grinds get stuck up in the hopper, so when you pull out the glass container coffee grinds go everywhere. Not crazy about this.
Best grinder so far

Makes beans ground fresh for me every morning, the course option is more fine than maybe some people would like but it's very consistant.

Use the course setting for use with French Press and love the way coffee tastes this way. You have to use a few more beans but coffee has no bitterness. It can be a bit loud but that is too be expected from any burr grinder.

Grinder that does the job

This is the first burr grinder that I've owned, so my analysis may be somewhat uninformed, but I was quite pleased with the Bistro. Easy to assemble, easy to use and with a modern look. The matte rubber look isn't my favorite, as it stands apart from the sea of stainless appliances in my kitchen, but the results were what I had hoped for... a rather consistent grind.
Solid and Less noisy

It's a good and solid grinder. I wanted the glass jar to avoid the static clingy mess that you get with plastic containers. Problem with this unit is that that lid to the glass jar is plastic so you still the the mess from static cling.
