Very Disappointed

I was really excited to get this bag. The strap is very small and not adjustable, the bag does not hand low at all, and would be difficult to get into the bag with it on your shoulder. The inside is like a plastic material and the colors are darker than pictured. I am returning it right away. Very disappointed.
