I ordered this rug pad to go under my new carpet that I put into my bedroom. It is sturdy and holds the rug in place. I have hardwood floors and a "good gripper pad" was needed. Now, I need to order a second one.

Fairly thin and flimsy, but keeps my large rug in place. If you're looking for something that will give your rug more cushion, this isn't it. I'm happy with my purchase. It does what I was expecting.
It's just as advertised.

Great little rug pad, keeps the slippery rug in place. Easily modified with scissors, but it was exactly the size of my rug so no cutting necessary. It does have small holes in it so if you're looking for a rug pad that's completely waterproof, you need to order something else.
Does the job

I used this pad under a rug in my sunporch to prevent sliding on the laminate floor. I cut the pad to size and it does the job. No sliding. Now of I could just figure out what I'm supposed to use for a rug that is on top of a carpet. I haven't figured that one out yet.
Rug on floor

I was looking for something that would help bulk up a fairly thin rug I'd purchased, and this claimed to be squishy. It not as squishy as I was hoping for, but it keeps the rug off the floor, and that's mostly what I care about.
grips OK, meets the need

It is easy to cut to size and probably works well for larger rugs or rugs in low traffic areas, or where rugs are under furniture as well. I find that it tends to work it's way out from underneath my smaller kitchen rugs.

The product is good value and reasonable quality. We used it on the rug we bought from this web site.

It's a little light in weight so hard to keep in place while placing your rug. But once its placed you can roll the rug and gripper up to relocate them

This rug pad is functional and was inexpensive. It's a win.
