Easy to use, easy to clean I found this cookware to contain all of the major pieces necessary for kitchen and cooking needs. It heats up quickly and evenly. I also found that it works best by not using high heat. This cookware replaced my Calphalon One, which I had for 8 years, and loved. The copper core cookware is 10 times easier to use and clean. I use liquid bar keeper's friend as the cleaner with a sponge and it works super. |

Terrific Cookware The All-Clad product is probably the best cookwars available today. The cooking of the food is very even because of its great design in how the heat is distrubuted. These pots and pans are fairly heavy to handle, but to have proper heat transfer a large mass is required. The handles are stainless steel, and therefore this cookware can be used in the oven. |

could not be happier I love to cook. These pans have enabled me to do all the things I see being done on TV. Even browning, searing, effortless heat control. Even on the largest pans the heat is conducted all the way to the edges of the pan-- no center hot spots. Love it. With moderate heat there is little to no sticking. Cleanup is easy. Why did I wait so long? |
