Fancy Bread Bin

Kina from San Diego, CA– Verified Buyer– Top 100 Reviewer

This bread bin is exactly what I was looking for to complement my very modern kitchen. I like the fact that the material is translucent which allows me to see what I have inside. I would recommend it to anyone looking for something simple yet with a strong appeal.

beautiful addition to my kitchen!

Christopher from Santa Monica, CA– Verified Buyer

I love this bread bin. The look of it is amazing, and the way the drawer opens / shuts is very smooth. It reminds me of sci-fi movies where they have something elegant and simple. Its perfect with my mid-century modern furniture and blends in with everything, but also has this "wow, what is that" factor that I love.

Super-unique!

Linda from West Columbia, TX– Verified Buyer

What a great contemporary bread bin! You can "blend it" with vintage pieces too! It took me a while to adjust to the unique shape of it. Looks a bit like something from "Star Wars". Anyway, "go for it" if this look is your "thing"!

Small small small~

Deborah from Kentucky

This bread bin is actually beautiful and well made, but it is very small. I'm talking one loaf of bread kind of small. I was expecting it to be much much larger.

GREAT item!

Joy G. from Bellflower, CA– Verified Buyer

Over time I've purchased 4 of these -- 3 in white, and 1 in black. They are elegant looking in both colors. I use 2 in my kitchen, and 1 in the TV room for remotes, TV guide, etc. I gave my mother 1 for her kitchen. She wants more....So do I.

A technical designer par excellence, he has industrial design in his DNA and the capacity to understand public sentiment like no other designer. His projects began with the "Girotondo" (1989 designed with Guido Venturini) and the first transparent objects in plastic from the "Family Follows Fiction" series (1993). There is a huge number of his items in the "Officina Alessi", "Alessi" and "A di Alessi" catalogues.
