Adelta believes that great art – and in turn, great ideas – will always endure. The best designs will survive fads and shifting preferences over time, enhancing the lives of all who come into contact with them. Adelta seeks out some of the most outstanding modern furniture designs to manufacture to original specifications and preserve for public enjoyment.

The first pieces Adelta sought were those by Eliel Saarinen, created during the early part of the 20th century and once almost lost completely. But thanks to Adelta's dedication, along with the understanding attitude of the Saarinen heirs and the museums involved, this Saarinen furniture is now available to all modern design enthusiasts. More works continiue to join the Adelta Collection, such as the hugely influential plastic furniture designs of Eero Aarnio. Great art and great ideas should be available to the public to be savored: this is Adelta's philosophy.
