The chairs overall are great. One chair is slightly uneven (out of the box has a rockwobble). The chairs arrived fast and already assembled. They are comfortable and very pretty (just as pictured). My real issue was that the AllMmodern app glitched. My first transaction showed failed, I attempted again and switched my method of payment, only to find out that a few seconds later that I had 2 identical orders with 2 chairs each. Despite me catching the bug and calling 3 times to talk to customer service, I still ended up getting charged twice (on two different methods of payment, for 1 order). Frustrating to say the least.. Comfortable, nice looking, and seemingly high quality chairs! I was initially looking at leather lounge chairs that were 3x the price but happened upon these which were the same attire I wanted and the materials and dimensions were essentially the same as well. They saved me a couple thousand dollars and I haven’t found any reason the more expensive ones would have been better. The white glove delivery when they arrived was also much appreciated.
