Arrived in great condition. Easy to install, one screw hole definitely required a little more muscle. The upholstery is of fine quality, clean lines no issues here. This stool is very nice. The packaging for the stool was very good. Thick baffled cardboard all around including top and bottom and it was wrapped in that thin foam material.
